This is a scene from my newest book, still a work in progress. (Should be ready for print by late September or October.) Below are some of the initial sketches I used to create this scene, using my new light box. The light box allows me to transfer images onto the page, so I don’t have to draw them over and over again (which creates lots of eraser marks). The sketches below are what eventually appear in the scene above.
